Who am I?
I'm Emilie, a 500-hr certified yoga and mindfulness teacher. My work with students goes beyond the physical aspect of yoga and incorporates elements of embodiment, self-inquiry, and mindfulness.

My greatest hope is to offer my students a space where they feel safe to be in their bodies and safe to be themselves.
